To help you plan and answer all the questions you might have, we are conducting several information sessions—some in-person meetings as well as a few online webinars. Booking is essential as space is limited per session, whether in person or online.
In-person meetings
Our in-person Camino information meetings are a lot of fun! Whether you have already booked your 2027 Camino or are still in the planning phase, these sessions will really benefit and motivate you for the exciting journey lying ahead. Come and enjoy a glass of wine, sangria, or iced tea along with some snacks while we present all the options and answer all your questions! Erns Grundling shares some of his most valuable Camino moments and stories, while Yolandi addresses the logistics and preparation involved.

Via Francigena with Erns Grundling
Erns Grundling completed his first Via Francigena pilgrimage in 2026 with a group of 10 fellow pilgrims. The experience of walking through Italy was so profound that he decided to return in 2027 to cover the stretch from Lucca to Siena. He will share insights from his latest Italian journey while Yolandi covers the logistical details for 2027.

a. What to pack & Physical Preparation
Success on the Camino requires both physical and mental readiness. Learn how to train effectively and master the art of packing light, ensuring you carry only the essentials without sacrificing the gear that matters most.
b. What to expect during a Camino
Get a feel for the daily rhythm of the trail, from the social atmosphere to the spiritual journey. This session explores the specific cultures and cuisines of the regions you’ll visit, as well as the local customs and methods that make each route unique.
c. Camino Logistics
Master the practical side of your journey. We cover the "nuts and bolts," including navigating trains and buses, obtaining visas and money matters, arranging transfers, and the final steps for receiving your Compostela when arriving in Santiago
2. Hotels
We arrange your accommodation in 2 and 3 star hotels, on or close to the route. You can choose from double or single rooms with private facilities (no dormitories or shared accommodation).
3. Transfer Luggage
We transport your luggage daily, you only walk with a light backpack.
4. What to pack list
We give you a "What to pack" list with tips and ideas to help you in your preparation for your Camino.
5. Camino package
You receive a 'Camino package' four weeks before your Camino, included is a daily walking manual, route maps, accommodation vouchers and other handy materials you need.
6. We do the paperwork
We arrange your Camino Passport and registrations (you need them for your Schengen Visa).
7. Registration & Visa
